Skinny Hippo Designs was created by Cameron Glenn Cox and Brian James Jimmy Gorman in an act of great love for each other and to make a home for the beautiful and twisted, humorous and elegant artistic ideas that knock about in their dinky heads.

Cameron, a California native and great lover of sparkling mineral water, is Skinny Hippo Designs' leading (and only) jewelry designer. Her creative passion began with photography and has recently found her obsessed with jewelry making, especially when it involves banging on metal.
Her work is inspired by nature’s imperfections, by colors, and by hot air balloons imploding. She
loves making pieces that are odd and unique. In fact no two pieces are the same. When she grows up, Cameron would like to be invited to sit at the big kids’ table.

Brian is Skinny Hippo Designs’ champion (and only) illustrator. With a steady grip of his pen, Brian tries to be nice, but deep down he wants to smash the world with hammers. He is obsessed with small lines and secretly wishes he was a pelican.

The two live in San Francisco and reside in The Stinky Castle where Brian is almost finished with his grumpy baby dungeon and Cameron is opening a hospice for city pigeons with messed up feet.

Both are available to take custom orders at anytime of the day, assuming the magical internet is operating, which it will be, because it’s magical.
